(1) ISO 9001 standardized system and traceability: Each pair of shoes can be traced back to a specific production line, production date, and even the batch of raw materials such as leather and soles used through its unique batch number, eliminating hidden dangers from the source.
(2) Full process data monitoring
Each link of cutting, sewing, and uppering will be inspected (one hundred pairs are inspected).
(3) Internal verification that exceeds standards
Even if all online inspections are qualified, we will randomly select finished products from the production line every day and send them to our internal laboratory for destructive testing. This includes bending resistance tests that simulate months of wear, toe impact resistance tests, puncture resistance tests, etc.
(4) Authoritative certification
Independent testing is carried out by internationally recognized third-party testing organizations such as SGS and Intertek.
